It’s been a funny sort of day. Very humid but dry for the most part. I only got one picture this afternoon as the flash batteries died and I hadn’t had the foresight to take replacements. Common Red Soldier Beetles, Rhagonycha fulva. There are lots of other insects sharing the Hogweed umbral. I’ll have a serious insect session tomorrow as there was a good selection today.
