It’s been a beautiful day. Last night the mower came back in and the deck was covered in all manner of insects. I spent a half hour watching them and decided I would get a handful in the morning. When I went back they had all gone so I was a little put out. I then spent a fruitless half hour trying to get a snap of Frog Hoppers, it’s almost impossible as before I can get them in focus they hop. I thought this was a Caddis Fly but it isn’t it’s a proper micro moth. A Nettle Tap Moth; Caddis flies are half moth, half fly. This has scales on it’s wings so is a moth. It gave me an
