My command of the English language isn’t good but I do know the basics as I loved an almost perfect lass who did languages as a translator. Posh girl she was and had lots of letters after her name. She knew. “I have a headache and you need a shower” in six languages unfortunately not Arabic as two ladies later I could have done with a bit of Egyptian. She taught me that though the grammar and words differed in Romanic languages just a little bit it was all much the same if you got the verb and noun right folk would know what you meant to say. German is for Germans, Dutch is squeaky German. Rus
