Lorenzo from Torino, Italy, who is 19 years old, is one of the new volunteers, from the Solidarity Actions for Kids 2022 project.
This week, he experienced going to La Recuperare hospital for the first time:
“I went in Recuperare for the first time this week and the experience was truly awesome. The kids there were super sweet and affectionate, I had time to talk and learn their stories.
We did origami and paper planes competitions, we drew and had a lot of fun.
For me was a great opportunity to bring a smile and a laugh to some kids that truly deserve it, e
