Today’s decision of the Nobel Committee to award this year’s Nobel Prize to the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet has shown a profound significance.

It sends a very strong message in a time when war, conflicts and terrorism become a daily reality to so many.

In December 2010, the Arab Spring was just emerging in the very Tunisia. Over two years it engulfed a vast region, changing governments and demolishing dictatorships that seemed undying.
